Payment of wages, superannuation, payroll tax, casual loading, gross margin, portable long service leave (if applicable) and other statutory obligations on request. Our service fees are included within our charge rates to ensure transparency of costs, with no hidden fees.

Under a labour hire arrangement, the host employer (you!) enlists the services of an employment agency (us!) to find suitable staff to fill a new or vacant role in your organisation. You cover our charges and we’ll cover all the costs involved with recruiting, paying and retaining your labour hire employees.

Other factors that may apply. All labour hire jobs must involve a minimum of four-hour shifts per day, according to legal requirements set out by Fair Work Australia.
