WHAT IS SHUTDOWN PERSONNEL?
A tailored Labour Hire service for supplying bulk amounts of one or more employees for Shutdowns, Industrial Maintenance and Projects with our Host Organisations.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The same as our Labour Hire service but a bit more involved with the Host Organisations with recruiting, inducting, training, onboarding, scheduling and mobilising bulk amounts of employees both FIFO and locally.
WHAT DO WE COVER?
Payment of wages, superannuation, payroll tax, casual loading, gross margin, portable long service leave (if applicable) and other statutory obligations on request. Our service fees are included within our charge rates to ensure transparency of costs, with no hidden fees.
Utilising our Labour Hire option we provide a bulk number of employees ready or make arrangments to be ready for you or your clients’ shutdown or project.
The main difference here is we closely assess and ensure each employee is compliant and has all with the requirements to complete the shutdown or project for you or your client.
Shutdown employees are closely managed by us in all aspects including but not limited to onboarding right down to being mobilised.
