A Skillforce consultant registers your worker profile and confirms your role requirements.

2. Electronic onboarding

Complete your required forms, employment information and acknowledgements online.

3. Safety induction

Complete the one-time Skillforce induction before starting with a host employer or client.

4. Ready for placement

Once cleared, you can work across Skillforce placements without repeating the Skillforce induction.
