Primary Responsibilities

Skillforce

  • Match the right people to the right duties.
  • Confirm qualifications and current checks with host teams.
  • Share site requirements and provide consistent support.

Host Client

  • Deliver and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Run toolbox talks, inductions, and site-specific orientations.
  • Provide emergency procedures and supervision.

Worker

  • Follow all site instructions and use required PPE.
  • Refuse unsafe work and raise concerns without delay.
  • Report incidents, near misses, and equipment issues promptly.

Shift-start checklist

  • Have I received a clear induction and task briefing for this worksite?
  • Do I have the right PPE and is it in good condition?
  • Do I understand isolation, permits, and emergency signals?
  • Is the route, supervision, and break area clearly defined?
  • Do I know who to call if something is not right?
