- Run toolbox talks, inductions, and site-specific orientations.
- Provide emergency procedures and supervision.

- Follow all site instructions and use required PPE.
- Refuse unsafe work and raise concerns without delay.
- Report incidents, near misses, and equipment issues promptly.
